“Everybody...Rock Your Body”

Moving my body is important to me. It boosts my energy, puts me in a good mood and I feel my best workout.


Even on days where we’re hosting a party, I make time to fit in an early workout before we start prepping, when my siblings are still sleeping.


That’s what I did Saturday morning.


Felt strong, accomplished, healthy and happy 💜💪🏻🙂🔥
