You Don’t Get 100% Results...

Yesterday, I wrapped up Jillian Michaels Body Revolution! ❤️💪🏻 I was 100% committed and my results match my level of commitment.


I AM done with this program!!!! 90 days ago, when I started in October, I was 4 pounds heavier and bloated AF. I am now stronger and have some definition.


This came not only from being consistent with this program, but eating a high-protein, high-veggie and low-carb and minimal dairy diet.


It is a lifestyle and I love it, but it doesn’t mean showing up every day was easy. Some days it was hard to get moving, but I put the excuses to bed and worked out.

I feel so happy, and proud of myself not only accomplishing, but finishing this program stronger than I started (mentally, emotionally and physically) 💜🏋🏻‍♀️🎉

How can you show up and be more committed to your health/fitness goals?

Can you plan meals ahead? Can you set alarms and/or timers to get workouts in? Can you find a gym accountability buddy? Even if you don’t have one, can you find one in the classes you take at the gym?
