Hard Work Pays Off: Keep at It

A couple months ago, I shared that I was starting Jillian Michaels’ 90 Day Body Revolution program. On Monday, I started Week 9/Phase 3 (the final phase)! Holy cow! I can not believe it! Feels like I just started!
I seriously can not begin to put into words how amazing I feel. I have been doing these workouts almost daily and eating a high protein, mostly dairy and gluten free diet, with as little sweets and pop as possible (PMS & menstrual migraines test my limits).
I am not perfect, but I am committed. I am showing up, giving it my best effort and not giving up. Some days are easier than others, but what matters is that I am moving my body and trying my best.
There were times I wanted to quit, times I wanted to vomit (this comes from the girl with severe puke phobia), but I am stronger than I think. I am more capable than I think. I have done so many new exercises I have never done before, and have had the ability to do them even when my mind tries to convince me otherwise.
