Gym’s Closed...No Problem!

Times right now are crazy, scary and challenging.


I am so beyond grateful for my health and ability to move my body.


Working out is my therapy, it helps clear my racing mind, and it transforms a sucky mood into pure joy.


One of my non-negotiables on the regular is exercise. During this time, where I’m rarely leaving the house and the gym is closed, I am grateful to still get to make exercise a priority.


Honestly, I feel the best I’ve felt in my body in a long time.


Last May to September, I was in a relationship where pretty much everything we did revolved around food and I was not exercising regularly, because I was with my boy. I gained weight, did not feel good in my body and deep down was unhappy.


After he broke up with me in September, I turned to exercise in my healing. I got back into a healthy eating routine as well. I was making me and my health a priority. Once again my non-negotiables, healthy eating and daily exercise were happening.


Over the past 6 months, of focusing on me, and recommitting to my healthy lifestyle, I’ve seen so many positive changes in my body, my mood, and my strength and I could not be more happy and grateful 💜🙏🏻


What daily, micro-shifts can you make, so you too are feeling your personal best? Adding more protein? Adding more veggies? Cutting down on the sweets? Cutting down on the pop?
