Gorgeous Groceries

As little recap of today’s grocery trip. It’s my hope that this might help and/or inspire others to make healthier choices at the grocery store.

I am so happy that I am now stocked with healthy food! After not making the best choices eating out this weekend and today (after no grocery store trip this weekend).


Photo 1:

Top row = Work snacks/lunch items...blueberries, carrots, cucumber and pepper.


Middle row = Rotisserie chicken to use for lunch and a couple dinners.

Bottom row = Tilapia for dinner for tonight because it was so late. Then some tuna/chicken creations for dinners later this week.


Photo 2:

Frozen corn and a broccoli, carrot, cauliflower blend to use for dinners. Also, some finishing butter to use with tilapia recipes (which I already have in my freezer).


As you can see, my lunches and dinners are balanced meals that are made up of a protein (chicken or fish), and a veggie. I also pack fruits and veggies for my work snacks.
