Never Miss a Monday

This morning, I woke up at 6:30am with lots of energy!


Since it’s Memorial Day and I have off work, I easily could have stayed in bed or my PJs and had a lazy, slow start to my day.


Instead, I started my Memorial Day off the best way this girl knows how, with a workout 💪🏻


Going into the holiday knowing I’m going to be consuming more and different food than I do on a typical day, a workout was essential.


Normally I go to Memorial Day Zumba, but the modified holiday gym schedule had no Zumba classes being offered.


So Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred it was.


By 7:35am, I was done and ready to go for the day!


I love getting my workouts in bright and early when I can. It helps me go into my day feeling strong, with a good mindset and setting myself up for success in terms of healthy habits.


Even though it’s a holiday, I still have goals and I know you do too. So are you going to get your body moving or use the holiday as an excuse to miss a Monday?
