No Excuses

And to think I almost didn’t go to the gym last night!


When I wrote out my to-do list Sunday night, I put down Monday: Zumba.


All day, I planned to go to to Zumba, like I do every week.


When it came time to get ready I said to myself, “Nah! I’ll just stay home.”


Immediately, I counteracted that & said “Why?” “Why are you going to sell out on yourself/your goals?”


Truth be told, I then had no excuses (it wasn’t raining yet).


I’m so glad I made the better choice & went to Zumba...because what a fun Monday night dance party it was!! ❤️💃🏻


Where are you making unhealthy choices that don’t support your goals? How can you shift your excuses and get your butt moving?
