These are not the best transformation photos because I did not do the pictures in a sports bra & shorts like I normally do.
However, let me share with you the difference in how I feel!
The first 2 pictures are from Sunday night after I ate like a ravenous beast all day. Cookies, breadsticks, chicken wings, leftover pizza, hummus & crackers, hummus & carrots, plus risotto and filet mignon when I went out to dinner with my family.
So a nutritional cleanse was in order! Detoxing my body of all the nasty toxins from when I treated it like garbage on Sunday.
The 2nd two photos are from this morning (Tuesday), after a 24 hour cleanse.
I planned to do a 48 hour deep cleanse, however I had an upset stomach this morning and cleansing again when I had to go into the office was not a good idea.
Even though I only did a 24 hour cleanse (photo 5 is with my post-cleanse shake 😋), I had so much more energy at work today. No almost falling asleep at my desk.
I got rid of the bloat, that I tend to yo-yo/struggle with.
It’s amazing how much better I feel when I’m consciously choosing to reset and refresh my body.
