Kitchen!
Normally, I am a throw an already prepared piece of chicken or fish in the oven kind of cook 😬
Recently, I discovered that the choices I was making, although protein packed, had more carbs and fat.
This week with a few tweaks, my meals have been more balanced.
Tonight, I even made this quick, easy and very yummy dinner. Tilapia topped with lemon dill finishing butter and some panko breadcrumbs.
