Work it Out Wednesday

Today’s BodyPump class was challenging!


My shoulder began to hurt after the 2nd track (I’ve been coming off a whiplash injury since June).


My low back began to hurt due to being tired/poor form in the lunge/squat track.


My neck was bothering me during abs.


But I didn’t give up. I didn’t quit no matter how challenging exercises felt.


I listened to my body and took small stretch breaks as to prevent injury.


But, I persevered. I’m proud of myself, my hard work and commitment.
